Condo Maid Services
The Southern Touch, Inc. provides condo cleaning for management companies and owners alike. We can furnish our linens or use your linens (we ask that you furnish two full turns of linens). We can replace A/C filters, shower liners, and light bulbs as needed.
We can provide a set up of amenities – soap, toilet paper, dish packs, dish liquid, paper towels, coffee and condiment packs for coffee. We report all damages we see directly to the Management Company or Owner.
We can also arrange for maintenance issues to be fixed. Condo cleaning is billed per hour per person plus the cost to wash owner linens or rent our linens, plus cost of the amenities if requested. Another option is to have a set rate. It all really depends on the size of the unit and how many people the unit will sleep.
The cost can fluctuate due to the condition of the unit when the tenants leave. We will be glad to give you an estimate on the cost of cleaning.
