Our Rates
Residential cleaning - $25.00 per hour per person - minimum charge of $60.00 for one man accounts (one person for 2 hours)
Same day cleaning - $35.00 per hour per person
Move in or move out cleans - $35.00 per hour per person (must have power and water)
Construction cleans - $35.00 per hour per person (Operations Manager must see the job site)
Ironing - $25.00 per hour - one person only (minimum charge $60.00)
Carpet cleaning - $ 0.18 per square foot, minimum charge of $50.00 - must get measurements and see the condition of the carpet plus cost of moving furniture if needed
Floor Care - Billed at bid price - must get measurements and see the condition of the floors plus cost to move furniture
